I can agree with that. My stance on gun control is that IF a law disarms criminals while protecting 2A rights of law-abiding Americans, I can support it. Until they come up with a law that accomplishes those two things, I oppose gun control.

Your point about pro gun control politicians and celebrities having armed security is very valid, but unfortunately is blatantly ignored by pro gun control politicians and celebrities.

My suggestion as a solution, disarm all bad guys first and then arrest all bad guys. Leave all the law-abiding citizens alone and do not infrindge on their 2A rights. If politicians and celebrities can have their armed security, a normal citizen should have access to the same firearms to defend themselves as well.

Until they can create some type of working legislation of that type, I do not support any further gun control.

Please spread the word. I’d like to get this out to a broader audience, but as one guy commented on Sigforum, “This makes so much sense it’s guaranteed to be limited to the internet”. And I’d like to see a little squall as well. I’m not infallible, and if I’ve missed something or reached wrong conclusions I need to be corrected.
